About Me

Who am I?
I am currently a student at IU Indianapolis, pursuing a degree in Exercise Science. I have always been interested in how the human body moves, and that interest developed through my experience as a multi-sport athlete for much of my life. I also have personal experience with physical therapy due to multiple injuries, which further sparked my interest in this field and influenced my career goals.
I would describe myself as hardworking and self-driven. I take pride in staying motivated, being responsible with my work, and consistently striving to improve in both academic and personal areas. I always aim to do my best and continue growing as a student and future professional in the field of exercise science.
Personal Experiences
I am who I am today largely because of my family. My mom has always encouraged me to keep going and do my best, no matter what I am facing. My dad is extremely smart and has always been someone I can go to for advice or help with anything in my life. Their support has played a big role in shaping my work ethic and mindset.
Another important part of my life has always been sports. I would describe myself as very competitive, and I have been involved in athletics for as long as I can remember. In high school, I played both volleyball and basketball, and I genuinely enjoyed being part of a team and competing. Even now, I still enjoy watching sports and will watch just about any game, regardless of the sport.
Overall, my family and my experiences in sports have both played a major role in shaping my personality, values, and drive. They have helped me develop discipline, competitiveness, and a strong desire to improve in everything I do.
